I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Hotel Staylite. The rooms were neat, clean, and well maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay. I would like to specially appreciate Lucky and Tapan from the Front Office for their warm welcome, smooth check-in process, and helpful attitude at all times. T’s my first stay in Staylite Suites. It was a relaxing experience. Due to pandemic, many features are closed and there are other restrictions, however it was a pleasant stay. Staff was of great support. Follow ups are much appreciated. There is no much activity or entertainment spots and only one restaurant open, Chef Shankar, who I met during breakfast was very active and prompt, he seemed to be asking people about their stay and experience. In room dining was good too. Room could have been prepared better for triple occupancy, but it was clean and pleasant. TV and glasses need to be sanitized as I could see finger prints. Overall a great experience. Looking forward to stay again. ~ bhavani s

Lifotel was our last stay in Chennai. We found it just 5 mins before our cab landed in the area as our booked OYO hotel suddenly got cancelled. Must say it was a very good find. The hotel is a new one (started 6 months ago) hence it is very clean and hygienic. Saloni fell sick so the whole day was in the hotel room which I think was much needed. The hotel staff was very helpful as they called in for a doctor and also send the boys to get medicines and other things. The hotel is in main town close to Adyar hence the accessibility to shops is easy. It is also little away from the main road so there is peace. The rooms are cost and we were amazed to see every single detail including the bathroom and other things is met. The complementary breakfast was good too. We had a smooth check in and check out. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Staylite. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. Clean rooms, Helpful staff I stayed here for a week with my elderly mother and a toddler son. The stay was comfortable, rooms were clean (a little compact but perfect for the rate), the highlight of the stay was staff-very helpful. My mother and baby stayed in the room as I was on an official tour. The staff would entertain my kid and help my mother whenever they went downstairs. The location is also good if you want to avoid dusty, and heavy traffic roads. The only downside was - waterlogging during heavy rain, but it was there in so many places in Chennai. Water receded after an hour or so after rain stopped. ~ Upma M

Nestled within a quite residential locality, and easily accessible; we had a very comfortable stay for a week. Very neat and clean rooms having an overall chic and modern ambience. Kudos to the management and awesome staff- Chandrashekhar, Devi, Arvind, Dinesh. Sorry, I can't recollect all your names, thank you all for the great services rendered. Complimentary breakfast was great and very healthy too. Enjoyed all the meals, which were cooked using fresh ingredients. Hope you guys maintain the same standards throughout. This place was unusually and unexpectedly excellent place to stay in this region. New hotel with very well constucted and finished rooms very spacious and comfortable. Such a room in the nearby Holiday inn would cost approximately 10000. The most satisfying thing is the extreme courtsey shown by the owner and manager. Assured that thet are with you for any need of yours. Safe for females to stay alone. Commute is possible mostly by uber or ola. Complimentary breakfast is healthy and prepared in house. Over all i was happy and relaxed during the stay and would love to go back there ~ DR R

Rooms are good and spacious accompanied with a small balcony. Where you can have windows open during the morning and evening to get fresh air for yoga. The washroom is good with all metal fittings (jaquar). The location of the hotel is a bit interior but is close to the beaches of Besant Nagar, Triuvanmiyur, and Aarupadai Veedu Temple. Also close by are temples of Arupadai Veedu Murugan and Shri Ashtalakshmi Temple. Wi Fi connection is a bit unstable but staff is co-operative and you can do your own laundry or can hand to staff at nominal charges. ~ Abhishek A

Pros: If you are looking for a serene place amidst the chaos of the city at a reasonable price then this should definitely be your 1st choice. It is pretty close to most of the offices and Apollo Proton is just a km away. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. In house restaurant is available and complimentary breakfast buffet is provided. Cons: The taste of the food could have been a bit better but its not bad. Overall I am definitely going to stay there on my next visit and will also recommend others to do so. ~ Gayatri D

Hotel is located slightly away from the main road in a residential area but walkable to the main road. Uber and ola cabs are easily available. We stayed in 2 deluxe rooms which were quite compact with a small balcony as well. The rooms were very neat and basic toiletries were provided. Room service was good. Lift is available. The morning buffet was complementary with a simple spread yet very tasty and freshly prepared. AC, TV, geyser all were in working condition. Nothing disappointed us and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Thiruvanmiyur. ~ Geetha M

I am a regular visitor to Chennai on work and this was my first stay at this property. Rooms. My room was spacious and had the expected modcons. The bathroom was clean and a special mention for the great shower in my room. The complimentary breakfast was good with a nice bit of variety. Location. The hotel itself is in a quiet residential lane, in a pleasant neighbourhood. It is a convenient walk to the busier Adyar locality with its restaurants and eateries. The hotel is conveniently located for people who need to go the nearby technology parks or the IITM research park. ~ Niraj N

Very good hotel at reasonable price located at prime area inThiruvanmiyur .Service was excellent. Manager Lakshmikanth was very kind and polite in taking care of costumer's. The rooms are decent in size neat and clean with all required amenities. They provide delicious complimentary breakfast in the morning and the taste was awesome. I stayed at the hotel for a whole week. The neighbourhood is pleasant, quiet, calm. No disturbances at all. The service inside hotel is very good. Top quality. Reception people are also very welcoming. They know Hindi, Tamil, English. The food especially is very tasty. You would be able to figure that out from the breakfast. Cheaper and good quality food compared to any choice in the neighbourhood. Finding autorichshaw in the neighbourhood would be difficult task. Uber and Ola should be the preferred choice. ~ roshan h

I had a wonderful experience during my stay! This place is budget-friendly and managed by an incredibly kind and welcoming team, from the receptionist to the staff members. It’s rare to find such a gem in Chennai. My friend and I stayed in Room 202 for four days, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was absolutely delicious—so good that we never felt the need to order from Swiggy or Zomato. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tiruvanmiyur, Chennai! ~ Thirumalai K

Had little hiccups with the ibibio but the property manager was very considerate to settle and accommodate us without much hassle. He was also kind enough to show room options and ensure we were housed according to our likings. Thanks to all the supporting staff who helped us with room services and other needs. Staylite suites is the best choice when it comes to a place to stay near Ramanujan IT park/Tidel park. Location wise it’s optimal since it is roughly 2kms from the mentioned IT parks. Service is top-notch! Lakshmikant is the main person at the reception, he’s really professional, polite and helpful, accommodating in the best way possible. Rooms are well maintained, clean and hygienic. Room service, food is affordable and delicious. Definitely a place to stay comfortably for as long as you need. ~ Sumedha S

Returned to the Staylite Suites from 7th to 13th January for the remainder of our holiday in Chennai and stayed in room 105. The manager and all the staff were all fantastic making our stay really comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and the chef remembered from our last stay that we liked masala omelet and he cooks the best omelette in town.Rooms are all very clean, as the rest of the hotel is to a high standard. Room size - 5/5 Room supplies - 4/5 (Towels, soaps, shampoos were available) Bed - 5/5 (king size bed) Cleanliness - 5/5 Service - 5/5 (provided 6 bottled water, excellent hygienic tasty unlimited breakfast, always happy to help when something is asked, 24 hour hot water supply) Place is very calm and peaceful.
